The Hypermobility Syndrome (HMS)These links all provide information about the Hypermobility Syndrome. We have also included a link to the Hypermobility Bulletin Board and the address of an e-mailing list specifically for HMS sufferers.
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)These sites all provide information about the Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes. It is now thought likely that HMS and Hypermobile EDS are the same disorder, and we certainly suffer many similar problems - so these sites provide lots of relevant information! The Canadian Ehlers-Danos Syndrome association have a very active e-mailing list and details of this are also included.
Marfan SyndromeThese sites provide information and support to individuals diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome. One of the features of Marfan Syndrome is joint hypermobility.
ArthritisThe following sites provide support and information to individuals diagnosed with arthritis and many provide useful tips on managing day to day living with painful joints.
Fibromyalgia or FMSFibromyalgia is a condition which affects some people with HMS.
